Hi my name is Ava! I am a teenage foodie who loves any food that is nutritious and good for your body! I discovered about one and a half years ago that I was gluten intolerant and that took a real turn on what I ate. I had to go see a dietitian as I am a swimmer and I needed to find ways to incorporate carbs into my diet. It opened me up to a whole new world of food! I never new there were so many delicious and nutritious versatile options. I first started researching recipes and became very interested in the world of food. I don't want people to think that if they have to eat healthy it has to be boring and flavorless, being nutritiously curious is fun and a good way to expand your diet. People believe eating healthy food has to be when your on a diet. I say eating healthy is a lifestyle choice and I am encouraging more young ones (and older ones) to make a change that is better for their lifestyle and themselves. Most of the meals and snacks that I make have recipes included and anybody who is interested can make the food that I love and hopefully they will love it too. I would love for my food blog to inspire and educate young people, especially teenagers, about how to fuel your body with nutritiously good food.
