Ingredients:
~ 1 and a 1/2 frozen bananas
~ big handful of blueberries ~ 1 T of chia seeds ~ 1 T of almond butter ~ @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk (enough to blend)
Blend all ingredients in a blender or @nutribullet until fully combined!
