Ingredients:

~ 1 1/2 of mini Shepard avocados ~ 1/3 cup of quick oats ~ @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk (enough to blend) ~ T of chia seeds ~ T of hemp seeds ~ 2 T of almond butter ~ tsp of brown rice syrup ~ heaped T of cacao powder


Toppings: ~ my cinnamon maple homemade granola (link 👉🏻 https://www.instagram.com/p/B9LZhZ6pKF1/?igshid=kbx3u40r0vm6 ) ~ chia seeds Blend in the Nutri bullet until combined, and top with toppings or your favourite toppings!
