Choc nut smoothie to start the day!

This yummy choc nut smoothie is filled with goodness to satisfy your hunger at breakfast time! (with a hint of green to get those veges in!🌱)


Ingredients:

~ 2 handfuls of spinach ~ a scoop of @nutraorganics time and build muscle repair powder ~ 1 heaped Tbsp of cacao powder

~ 1 Tbsp of hemp seeds

~ 1 Tbsp of chia seeds ~ 1 heaped Tbsp of almond butter ~ @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk (enough to be able to drink) ~ a handful of ice Blend in your #nutribullet and serve with my homemade nutty granola! (Posting that today!)
