CHOC STRAWBERRY PROATMEAL

SWIPE FOR THE HIDDEN CHOC! Using my new favourite chocolate protein prowler from @tropeaka !! It is so smooth and makes my oats really creamyyyyy! Topped with layered strawberries, a massive dollop of @mayversfood PB and @stdalfouraustralia strawberry jam! Served in my @ecoearthhomewares smooth coconut bowl.

Ingredients:

~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats

~ 1 cup of unsweetened almond mylk (@goodbetterbruce )

~ 1 Tblsp of chia seeds


(Morning) Ingredients:

~ 2 Tablespoons of @tropeaka lean chocolate protein powder

~ 1 tsp of cacao powder

~ 1 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt


Toppings:

~ Sliced strawberries

~ dollop of @mayversfood smooth PB

~ @stdalfouraustralia strawberry jam

~ cacao granola


Method:

1. Mix the oats, chia and almond mylk in a small pot. Soak overnight.


2. In the morning, place on a stove and cook for 3-4 minutes and the. add the rest of the ingredients.


3. Cook for a further minute then scoop into your serving bowl and top with toppings!
