VANILLA BANANA BREAD Style Stovetop Oatmeal!

So yummm and creamy and deliciously gooddddd! Recipe below ;)

(Night before) Ingredients:

~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats

~ 1 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond mylk

~ dash of @coyo_organic kefir

~ 1 Tblsp of chia seeds


(In the morning) ingredients:

~ 1 tsp of cinnamon

~ 2 Tblsp of @nutraorganics vanilla protein powder

~ 1 heaped Tblsp of @coyo_organic vanilla bean coconut yoghurt

~ optional: mix in half a mashed banana


Topped with:

~ banana slices

~ toasted coconut flakes

~ @thesourcebulkfoods caramelised buckwheat groats

~ @mayversfood crunchy peanut butter


Method:

1. Add the night before ingredients into a small pots and stir to combine.


2. Place into the fridge overnight.


3. In the morning, grab out of the fridge and place on medium heat on the stovetop.


4. Stir until creamy and cooked through (add more almond mylk if necessary).


5. Add the morning ingredients and stir until combined. Turn the heat off and scoop into your serving bowl.


Top with your fav toppings and enjoy!
