Gluten free Blueberry salted caramel smoothie bowl! 🥣🥣

I wanted to try a new flavour combo cause I’m always either making peanut butter, berry, vanilla or chocolate flavoured things. Don’t get me wrong these flavours are awesome 😎 but I wanted to make something new and yummy 😋 This flavour combo turned out so good, I was very happy 😆 Hope you like it!



Ingredients:

~ 1 punnet of fresh blueberries (approximately) ~ 1 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk ~ 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

~ 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

~ 1 heaped teaspoon of plain non fat Greek yoghurt ~ 3 heaped teaspoons of almond butter

~ 1 heaped tablespoon of salted caramel protein powder Topping: ~ desiccated coconut

~ fresh blueberries
