Ingredients:
~ handful of spinach ~ half of a mini Shepard avocado ~ 2 T of @nutraorganics thriving vanilla protein powder
~ 1 tsp of greens powder ~ a few pitted dates ~ 1 tsp of vanilla extract
~ @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk (enough to blend) ~ 1 T of chia seeds Blend in a Nutri bullet or blender and blitz until fully combined.
