Looking for some tropical flavoursšŸwell this smoothie bowl will satisfy your taste budsšŸ˜‹ gluten free and vegan #mangotangobananarama


Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of frozen mango ~ half a medium banana ~ 1 heaped T of coconut yoghurt

~ 1 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

~ 1 T hemp seeds ~ 1 T chia seeds ~ 1 tsp of honey (omit if vegan)


Method:


Toppings: ~ fresh sliced banana ~ frozen mango pieces ~ my homemade cinnamon maple granola
