7 INGREDIENT CHUNKY CHOC CHIP COOKIES

Okay so my choc chip cookie just got upgraded! Trust me these are so gooey and delicious you’ll go back for three more! Made with high protein chickpea flour BUT Don’t taste the batter as the chickpea flour makes it taste weird but trust me the cookies turn out so tasty!

Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of @mckenziesfoods chickpea flour

~ 2 Tblsp of coconut sugar

~ 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

~ 1 flax egg (1 Tblsp of flaxseed meal + 3 Tblsp of water)

~ 1/4 cup of @goodbetterbruce almond mylk

~ 1/3 cup of @mayversfood smooth peanut butter

~ Dash of vanilla extract

~ 60g of dark chocolate @wellnaturallyau


Method:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place into a baking tray with lined baking paper!

2. Cook for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius! Makes 7 large cookies or 10 mini cookies.
