8 INGREDIENT PB CARAMEL & CHOC SLICE

You don’t want to miss out on this one! It’s a winner in our household🙌🏻 I mean you can’t go past a peanut butter & choc combo and with a caramel layer! Tag me @eating_clean_with_ava when you make this drool worthy raw slice!

Base Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of rolled oats

~ 3 Tblsp of coconut flour (@mckenziesfoods )

~ pinch of salt

~ 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

~ 1/3 cup of smooth peanut butter (@mayversfood )

~ 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup

~ 2 Tblsp of melted coconut oil


Caramel ingredients:

~ 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter (@mayversfood )

~ 2 cups of pitted dates

~ pinch of salt


Choc Top ingredients:

~ 45g of dark chocolate (I use @wellnaturallyau 99% sugar free dark choc)

~ 3 Tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter (@mayversfood )


Method:

1. Blend all of the base ingredients in a high speed blender.

2. Press firmly into an 8 x 8 lined baking dish. Place into the freezer whilst making the caramel layer.

3. Blend all of the caramel ingredients in the blender. Scoop on top of the base.

4. Place back into the freezer whilst you make the choc top.

5. Place all the choc top ingredients into a small bowls and mix together with a spoon or fork.

6. Pour the choc top mixture on top of the caramel layer. Spread evenly.

7. Place back into the freezer for at least an hour or overnight.

8. Slice into 16 square pieces and enjoy! Store in the freezer.
