CHOC CARAMEL PROTEIN CLUSTERS

Full of flavour, these clusters are perfect for a go to snack or with coconut yoghurt and berries for breakfast! Using @bscclean choc caramel protein powder! If you would like, Feel free to use any protein powder to change the flavour!

Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of rolled oats

~ 1 cup of raw buckwheat

~ 1/2 cup of pecans

~ 1/4 cup of cacao nibs

~ 5 mejdool dates, chopped

~ 2 heaped Tblsps of @bscclean choc caramel protein powder

~ 2 Tblsp of water


Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with Baking paper.

2. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add in the wet ingredients.

3. Place onto the lined baking tray and flatten.

4. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

5. Once finished take out of the oven then break into clusters and store in a glass container.
