Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal!

This was such a nice warming breakfast that starts the day the right way☀️

Ingredients:

~ half a red pink lady apple, cubed ~ 1/3 cup of rolled oats ~ 3/4 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk ~ cinnamon ~ 1/4 cup of water


Method:

1. Heat up a mini pot on the stove top and a medium sized pot as well.


2. Add the oats and milk to the small pot and bring to a boil. Add the cubed apple to the medium pot along with some cinnamon and a 1/4 cup of water.


3. Once the oats are boiling, bring to a simmer and stir for 3-5 mins.


4. Take apples of the heat and leave to the side. Scoop the oats and apple into a bowl and top with your fav toppings!!
