Banana Baked Oatmeal!

Perfect for a cold winters morning!

Ingredients:

~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats

~ 2/3 cup of@goodbetterbruceunsweetened almond milk ~ 1 tsp baking powder

~ a shake of cinnamon

~ 1 mashed banana

~ dash of vanilla extract


Method:

1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix, transfer to a oven proof dish or ramekin.


2. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!

Serve with any toppings you like!

Toppings: sliced banana, drizzle of natural peanut butter, homemade choc granola!
