BLACKBERRY VANILLA BAKED OATMEAL

The other morning I had time to whip up some baked oatmeal, used my favourite vanilla protein powder from @nutraorganics! Topped with some fresh blackberries, @mayversfoodsmooth PB, @coyo_organic coconut yoghurt, @wellnaturallyau dark choc and @stdalfouraustralia wild blueberry jam.

Ingredients:
~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats
~ 2/3 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk
~ 2 tblsps of @nutraorganics vanilla protein powder
~ shake of cinnamon
~ 1 tsp of baking powder
~ pinch of salt
~ 1 tblsp of chia seeds
~ 1 tblsp of @coyo_organic coconut yoghurt
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix all ingredients in a oven proof bowl/dish and then transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve and enjoy warm! (Of course with all your favourite toppings)
