BLUEBERRY and PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL BOWL

Start your morning colourful with this blueberry and peanut butter oatmeal bowl....BTW I was just admiring this morning how cool the plants looked with the water droplets in them ;)



Ingredients:

~ 1/3 cup of rolled oats

~ 2/3 cup of@goodbetterbruceunsweetened almond milk

~ 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

~ dash of vanilla extract


Method:

1. Bring the oats and milk to a boil in a small pot then bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes.

2. Stir in the frozen blueberries and vanilla extract. Mush the blueberries with a fork and stir until a purple colour appears.


3. Take off the heat and serve with any toppings you like!


I served my oatmeal in my@ecoearthhomewares coconut bowl with Peanut butter, fresh blueberries, cacao granola, coconut yoghurt (a little bit), hemp and chia seeds 😍 as well as a sneaky little bit of@wellnaturallyau no sugar added Dark chocolate 🍫 as I have said before who doesn’t want to start the day with chocolate!
