This was soo yummy! It’s simply a mixture of vanilla protein powder in your oatmeal and topped with some drippy cooked frozen blueberries, Recipe below if you wanna try! IMPORTANT NOTE: Soak oats overnight so that they are CREAMIER! Trust me it makes a total difference, I only just tried it and omg.

Ingredients:
~ 1/3 cup of rolled oats
~ 2/3 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk
~ 1 Tblsp chia seeds
~ 1/2 banana, mashed
~ 1 heaped Tbslp of @coyo_organic coconut yoghurt
Toppings:
~ cooked frozen blueberries
~ @mayversfood smooth peanut butter
~ @kitzlivingfoods pineapple, pepita and almond chunks
Method:
1. Place the rolled oats, mylk and chia seeds in a small pot. Place into the fridge overnight.
2. The next day, add in the mashed banana and coconut yoghurt. Cook on the stovetop for around 5-8 minutes. Stirring every 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Once cooked, stir through the vanilla protein powder. Add some more mylk if too thick (I didn’t cause I like my oatmeal thick)
4. Serve and top with toppings! I served mine as always in my @ecoearthhomewares coconut bowl.
