Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients: ~ 1 cup of rolled oats ~ 1 cup of raw buckwheat ~ 1/4 cup of cacao nibs ~ 2 tablespoons of cacao powder ~ 2 tablespoons of smooth vanilla protein powder ~ 1/4 cup of dried cranberries ~ 1/4 cup of dried blueberries ā¢ I got my vanilla protein powder from @nutraorganics it is the thriving protein smooth vanilla flavour and it is so yummyš
Wet ingredients: ~ 3 tablespoons of coconut oil ~ 1/3 cup of rice malt syrup
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients until combined. 2. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined. 3. Like a baking tray with greased baking paper and place mixture on top. Flatten out create clusters. 4. Place in oven for 8-10 mins. Take out of the oven and move the mixture around. Return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes. 5. Take out of the oven and wait until cool. Break it up into bite size pieces. Enjoy for breakfast or a snack with some yoghurt and berries! šš
