🥕🍰CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS🥕🍰

This recipe was based off a recipe I found from @choosingchia 💗 #vegesforbreakfastisincrediblygood #overnightoatsrecipe


Ingredients:

~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats ~ 1/2 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk ~ 1/4 cup of grated carrot ~1/4 cup of @coyo_organic coconut yoghurt ~ 1 T of chia seeds ~ 1 T of pure maple syrup ~ 1/2 tsp of nutmeg ~ 1 tsp of cinnamon



Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix, store covered in the fridge overnight or for up to 2-3 days. I topped mine with a dollop of @macro_wholefoods almond butter, my homemade cinnamon maple granola (in granola category), desiccated coconut, chia seeds and raw buckwheat groats 🥰🥰
