You can call it a poke bowl or whatever you like! But they are so yum and my absolute fav dinner ever!
My bowl was filled with cooked quinoa, spinach, turmeric chicken, peeled carrot, red cabbage, cucumber, red capsicum, avocado and my homemade sauce topped with sesame seeds!
Homemade sauce:
~ 2 Tblsps of GF soy sauce
~ squeeze of half a lime
~ ~ 1 Tblsp of sesame oil
~ dash of sweet chilli
~ dash of maple syrup
~ chilli flakes (optional it does make it spicy)
Mix in with the cooked quinoa and serve with all the other nourish bowl goodies!
