Homemade Chickpea PIZZA base

PIZZA! This recipe is similar to the wrap recipe where I used chickpea flour! It’s such a versatile flour for savoury dishes.

Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of @mckenziesfoods chickpea flour

~ 1 cup of water

~ pinch of salt

~ crack of pepper ~ 1-2 tsps of dried mixed herbs •


Method:

1. Preheat the pan to a low to medium heat.


2. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a whisk until combined.


3. Pour the mixture into the preheated pan to create a big flat pancake. Cook for 3-5 minutes on one side or until cooked enough so you can slide a spatula around the outside.


4. Flip carefully and cook for a further 3 minutes on the other side. Once cooked place into a pizza tray and top with all your favourite pizza toppings and cook on the oven!
