Wake up, move ya body, be yourself and stay happy! Just a message to think about whilst in quarantine! This morning I did my lower body workout as well as a @madfit.ig 15 minute stretch and yoga, it was so nice to move my body, wake myself up and have a good stretch. Then I had this awesome FUDGEY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE Breakfast bowl!
Ingredients:
~ half an avocado
~ 1 fresh banana
~ 2 tsps of @amazoniaco cacao coconut protein isolate
~ 3 tsps of cacao powder
~ 1/4 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk (add less or more of needed)
Method:
Blend in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy🤤
Top with your favorite toppings, I topped mine with chia seeds, hemp seeds, @mayversfood peanut butter, my homemade cacao granola, toasted coconut, cacao nibs, strawberries and blackberries.
