Date, Peanut butter and Carob Oat Bars! (RSF, GF, DF, VG)

Naturally sweet and with no added sugar and still taste so sweet and delicious! Perfect for a snack or dessert, heated with nice cream or chewy, chilled with Pb on top! Either way they are soooo good!

Ingredients:
~ 1 1/2 cups of dates, soaked in boiling water to soften
~ 2 Tablespoons of vegan butter or coconut oil
~ 1/4 and 1/8 cup of @mayversfood dark roasted PB
~ 3/4 cup of rolled oats
~ 1/4 cup of oat flour
~ 1 1/2 Tblsps @nutraorganics carob powder
~ 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
~ pinch of sea salt
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Add the dates, PB and vegan butter into a blender and blitz until combined.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse/blend until combined.
3. Line a 8x8 baking dish with greased baking paper and bake at 175 degrees for 20-22 mins.
Enjoy on it’s own or drizzled with more PB!
