It’s a combination of green beans, beetroot, pumpkin and more goodies😋 The amount that you put into the salad depends on how much you want to make so no measurements here. Threw this salad together the other night for the fam! It was a winner, I call it the GBBP salad!

Ingredients:
~ Roast Pumpkin
~ canned beetroot, drained, rinsed and chopped
~ sliced cucumber
~ cubed avocado
~ roasted pine-nuts
~ green beans, chopped in half
~ kale
~ 1 tsp minced garlic
~ squeeze of lime
~ drizzle of avocado oil
~ crumbles feta
Method:
1. Put the kale in a large bowl as well as the minced garlic, lime and avocado oil. Rub the kale with your fingers to coat the kale.
2. Prepare other ingredients and add to the kale. Toss and serve with any dinner you’d like to pair a homely salad with!!
