Serves: 6 - 7 people
Ingredients:
~ 2 kg of chicken breast, chopped and diced into 2.5 inch pieces
~ 3/4 cup of Gluten Free soy sauce or Tamari

~ Quarter of a lime, squeezed
~ 1 Large Garlic Clove, minced
~ 2 Tablespoons of sesame oil
~ 2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds (plus more to sprinkle)
Method:
1. Preheat the non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
2. Add the some of the diced chicken breast to the pan*
3. Pan fry all the chicken until almost cooked through and set aside in a glass bowl.
4. Whisk together the Gluten Free soy sauce, honey, lime, garlic clove, sesame oil and sesame seeds in a medium sized measuring jug**.
5. Add the sauce mixture to the frying pan and stir until slightly simmering***. Add the chicken too the frying pan and stir until the chicken is coated with sauce.
6. Serve in a bowl with any vegetables or rice that your prefer and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days.
NOTES:

***make sure the pan is not too hot otherwise the sauce will burn.
