Ingredients:
~ 1/3 cup of quick oats
~ 1/2 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk
~ 1 banana (half mashed, half sliced)
Method:
Pour oats and milk into a bowl and cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir through the mashed banana and cook for another 30 seconds.
