Peanut Butter Banana Choc Overnight Oats!

Ingredients: (1 = the night before, 2 = in the morning)


1 = ~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats ~ 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk ~ 1 heaped tablespoon of cacao powder ~ 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract ~ drizzle of honey

2 = ~ 1 banana ~ 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter ~ 1/2 a tablespoon of chia seeds ~ 1/2 a tablespoon of hemp seeds ~ 1/2 a tablespoon of flax-seed meal ~ 1/3 cup of gluten free granola (can be normal if GF not need)


Method:


1. Mix all of the ‘night before’ ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. 2. In the morning, chop banana into slices and place vertically on top of oats.

3. Sprinkle the gluten free granola, chia seeds, hemps seeds and flaxseed meal on top. 4. Drizzle with natural peanut butter and enjoy!!


Note: You might be thinking.....oats aren’t gluten free.....but they are. Oats are naturally gluten free, the manufacturer’s only say their gluten free because they are processed on machinery that processes gluten products. Therefore, for intolerant people like me, it is not a worry😊 But for celiac, it is advised that you buy gluten free oats.
