PINK and PURPLE BERRY CHILLED OATS

Berryfull! That’s how I would describe the taste of these chilled oats! It’s just a bomb of flavour in your mouth. Mainly because of the @unicornsuperfoods powders which have so much flavour, come in so many pretty colours and most of all give you a dose of so many amazing SUPERFOODS!

Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of @goodbetterbruce

~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats

~ 1 tsp of @unicornsuperfoods antioxidant superfood powder

~ 1 tsp of @unicornsuperfoods Açai berry superfood powder

~ 1 Tablespoon of @coyo_organic yoghurt

~ dash of pure maple syrup



Method:

1. Add the oats and mylk to a microwave safe bowl and cook for 3 minutes. Stir then put back into the microwave for 1 minute. (Watch the oats just in case it does overflow)


2. Mix the coconut yoghurt and pure maple syrup into the cooked oats. Cook for another 1 minute.


3. Once the oats are cooked, split the mixture in to two bowls. Add the açai berry powder to one bowl and add the antioxidant powder to the other bowl. Stir until combined.


4. Add both colours to the your serving bowl that you will be eating out of in the morning (Tip: if you want to make the colours look aesthetic, then add the differs colours intermittently).


5. In a small bowl, add some cacao powder and a dash of water and mix until combined. Pour on top of the colourful oats and place into the fridge overnight.


Top with your berries of choice and peanut butter or any nut butter you love! I personally love @mayversfood smooth PB!
