Pretty PINK Oatmeal

Look at the SWIRLLLL of COCONUT yoghurt, CHOC, PB and RASPBERRY JAM!...with the swirl of the century!!!! All served in my @ecoearthhomewares awesome coconut bowl!

Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk

~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats

~ 1 tsp of @unicornsuperfoods antioxidant superfood blend powder

~ 2 tsps of chia seeds

~ 2 tsps of @amazoniaco salted caramel protein powder


Toppings:

~ banana slices, strawberries and raspberries

~ @mayversfood Smooth Peanut butter

~ @stdalfouraustralia raspberry jam

~ one piece of @wellnaturallyau coconut rough dark 99% sugar free chocolate

~ coconut yoghurt

~ toasted coconut flakes and hemp seeds


Method:

1. Bring the oats and milk to a boil in a small pot.


2. Stir and boil for around 1 minute. Then, bring to a simmer and stir for 3 minutes or until desired consistency.


3. Add in the antioxidant powder, chia seeds and protein powder.


4. Stir through, then pour/scoop into a bowl and serve with toppings!
