SALTED CARAMEL RASPBERRY PROATS!

Deliciously good! It’s like a warm and cosy hug in your mouth. I hope this inspires your next winter breakfast, That’s all I have to say for now!

Ingredients:
~ 1 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk
~ 1/2 cup of rolled oats
~ 1 Tablespoon of @coyo_organic vanilla bean coconut yoghurt
~ 2 heaped tsps of @amazoniaco salted caramel protein powder
Toppings:
~ Frozen raspberries
~ chia seeds
~ @mayversfood smooth peanut butter
~ toasted coconut flakes
~ cinnamon
Method:
1. Preheat a mini pot to a low to medium heat. Add the oats and mylk and stir.
2. Bring the oats to a boil and stir for around 1 minute. Then bring to a bubbling simmer.
3. Continuously stir until creamy and cook for a further 2-3 minutes (add more mylk for a creamier consistency)
4. Add the protein powder and coconut yoghurt and mix in. Serve in your favourite bowl, mine is my @ecoearthhomewares classic coconut bowl, add your toppings as well and enjoy!
