This baked tofu in the oven does not take long at only 25 minutes! Spiced with smoked paprika and Celebrate Health Sweet chilli sauce it is so flavourful :) This is a perfect lunch or dinner meal!

Ingredients:
~ 200g of slightly firm tofu, diced and cubed
~ 1 tablespoon of celebrate health sweet chilli sauce
~ 1 tablespoon of GF tamari or soy sauce
~ 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
~ 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika
~ 1 carrot
~ 1 very small head of broccoli
~ sliced cucumber
~ iceberg lettuce
~ half a packet of Sun Rice Brown rice and Red rice packet, cooked
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 Degrees Celsius. Preheat the air fryer to 180 Degrees Celsius. Mix the sweet chilli sauce, GF soy sauce, smoked paprika and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add in the diced tofu and use a spatula to coat the tofu in the sauce. Place the tofu onto a lined baking tray and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, chop the carrot and broccoli and place in a bowl. Toss with salt and pepper and hemp seed oil (or any oil you prefer).
4. Take out of the oven and serve with sliced cucumber, ice berg lettuce, rice and air fried carrot and broccoli.
