Based off the recipe from @ambitiouskitchen🙏🏻
Ingredients:
~ chopped capsicum, red onion, kale, shallots
~ grated carrot
~ crushed cashews
~ cooked quinoa
~ squeeze of lime
Peanut butter sauce ingredients:
~ 1/4 cup of natural peanut butter ~ 1 tsp of sesame oil
~ 1 tsp of olive oil ~ 1 T of honey
~ 3 T of GF@ceresorganicsau soy sauce
~ 1 T of red wine vinegar
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve with crushed roasted and salted cashews and Peanut butter sauce!
