Last night I forgot to make overnight oats for my breakfast so this morning I decided to cook some oats instead! They were so creamy and yummy 🤤

Ingredients:
~ 1/3 cup of quick oats ~ 1 heaped teaspoon of cacao powder ~ 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
~ 1 tablespoon of almond butter ~ quarter of a overripe banana, mashed ~ 1 ripe banana, sliced ~ GF homemade granola (link on how to make granola https://www.instagram.com/p/B8VvekAJ6ya/?igshid=1timzko8vo1xc)
Method:
1. Pour 1/3 cup of quick oats into a bowl and cover with warm water. 2. Put in microwave for 60 seconds, watch the oats as they may over cook depending on microwave. 3. Remove from microwave, once cooked. Mix cacao powder, cinnamon, and mashed overripe banana into the oats, until combined. 4. Top with homemade granola, sliced banana and almond butter, you can optionally sprinkle with chia seeds
