3 INGREDIENT CREPES (gluten free, dairy free)

These were so yummy and very quick to make! Only egg whites, almond mylk and gf flour! That's it!

Ingredients:

~ 1/4 cup of GF flour blend (I used @thesourcebulkfoods wholesome GF flour blend)

~ 1/4 cup of almond mylk (@goodbetterbruce )

~ 1/4 cup of egg whites


Serves: 2 crepes

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until combined.


2. Preheat your pan to a low to medium heat. Once heated, poured the half the crepe mixture into the pan whilst moving the batter around to create a flat think crepe. Repeat and flip until cooked!


I filled mine with vanilla protein yog (@coyo_organic vanilla yoghurt mixed in with @nutraorganics vanilla protein powder), @mayversfood crunchy PB , chia seeds and blueberries! Serve with your favourite toppings! I topped mine with blueberries, @coyo_organic vanilla coconut yoghurt, @pana_organic cashew caramel spread, chia seeds, granola and pure maple syrup
