5 INGREDIENT BANANA OAT PANCAKES (GF, DF, RSF & VG)

Topped with fresh blueberries, @coyo_organic vanilla coconut yoghurt mixed with @nutraorganics vanilla protein powder, pure maple syrup, @mayversfood crunchy Pb and toasted coconut flakes! You have got to try these quick and easy pancakes. Perfect for a weekend brunch or breaky!

Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of oat flour

~ 1/2 cup of plant mylk (@goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond mylk)

~ 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

~ 1 tsp of sweetener (@natvialiving natural sweetener)

~ 1 medium ripe banana, mashed


Mix all the wet ingredients together with a whisk in a medium bowl the add the dry ingredients. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook, Flip and serve!
