SINGLE SERVE CHOC CREPE (one large crepe, GF, DF, RSF)

This was soo yum! I simply added some cacao to my newly posted crepe recipe! It was so delicious especially topped with all my favourite toppings! Hmmmhmmmm

Ingredients:

~ 1/4 cup of GF flour blend (@thesourcebulkfoods )

~ 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond mylk (@goodbetterbruce )

~ 1/4 cup of egg whites

~ 1 tsps of cacao powder (@woolworths_au )

~ 1 Tblsp of rice malt syrup (@pureharvest )


Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

2. Preheat a pan on medium heat. Lightly grease with coconut or avocado oil.

3. Pour all of the smother into the pan spreading evenly.

4. Cook until golden brown. Then carefully flip and cook for a further minute or two.


Serve with your favourite toppings and fillings! I filled and topped mine with raspberries, @coyo_organic vanilla coconut yoghurt mixed in with @amazoniaco choc protein powder, @mayversfood peanut butter, pure maple syrup, chia seeds and toasted coconut flakes!
