Ingredients:
~ 1 cup of rolled oats
~ 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
~ 2 Tblsps of @mayversfood smooth peanut butter
~ @stdalfouraustralia strawberry or raspberry jam for the middle
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baling tray with baking paper.
2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, Add the mashed banana to a bowl along with the peanut butter.
3. Stir with a whisk until combined. Add in the rolled oats and stir with a spatula until fully combined.
4. Place about 1 heaped Tablespoon of mixture into the tray and in dent the middle of the cookies with a bottom of the measuring spoon.
5. Place into the oven for 15 minutes. Once done, let the cookies cool before putting the strawberry jam into the middle of the in dent of the cookies.
6. Once fully cooled, store in a cool dry place. Then transfer to the fridge after a couple days.
