5 INGREDIENT PB & MACA BLISS BALLS

These bliss balls were so quick and easy to make with simple ingredients! Just rice puffs, dates, PB, Maca powder, water and rice malt syrup! Perfect for school lunches or an on the go snackšŸ˜‹ Tag me @eating_clean_with_ava on instagram!

Ingredients:

~ 2 cups of pitted dates

~ 1 cup of brown rice puffs

~ 5 Tablespoons of peanut butter (@mayversfood )

~ dash of water

~ 2 Tablespoons of rice malt syrup (@pureharvest )

~ 1 tsp of maca powder


Method:

1. Add the dates and brown rice puffs to a high speed food processor or blender. Blend until crumbly.


2. Add the PB, Maca, water and rice malt syrup. Blend until combined.


3. Grab 1 Tblsp of the mixture and roll into balls. Optional: roll in dessicated coconut to coat. Enjoy! Store in the fridge.
