Ingredients:
~ 60g dates
~ 1 3/4 cups Almond meal
~ 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
~ 1 tsp cinnamon
~ Pinch of salt
~ 1 tsp of vanilla extract
~ 1/4 cup apple sauce (homemade)
~ 2 Tablespoons hemp seed oil (@hempfoodsaustralia )
~ 1/4 cup of rice malt syrup (@pureharvest )
~ 1 Tblsp almond butter
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
2. Combined all the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
3. In another bowl whisk all ingredients until combined.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a spatula until combined.
5. Roll into 11 balls and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press down the cookies with a wet fork.
6. Cook for 15 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!
