Bananayyy and Honey Pancakes

Sunday stack is back again!! Easy peasy pancakes for a nice Sunday brunch (right after a nice long sleep in😉)

Ingredients:

~ 2 eggs

~ 1/3 cup of @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk

~ 1 tsp of vanilla extract

~ 1 and 1/4 cup of almond meal

~ 1/2 tsp of baking soda

~ 1 banana, sliced


Toppings:

~ cinnamon

~ banana slices

~ chia seeds

~ drizzle of honey

~ coconut flakes


Makes about 5-6 medium to large pancakes! Use 1/4 cup of mixture for one pancake! Press 3 banana slices into each pancake! Cook and Enjoy!
