Breaky bars!

Got this recipe from @lovelydelites it was so good. It may not look perfect as it is broken into pieces, not cut, but not everything that is yummy and delicious has to look good šŸ˜‹


Ingredients:


~ 1 flax egg ~ 1 cup of chickpeas ~ 2 large mashed bananas ~ 3/4 cup of almond flour

~ 1/2 tsp of baking soda ~ pinch of sea salt ~ 1/4 cup of @hempfoodsaustralia hemp protein powder ~ 2 tbsp of hemp seeds ~ 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries

~ 6 pieces of @wellnaturallyau dark chocolate


Method:


1. Mix flax egg and set aside. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease an 8x8 pan with coconut oil. Place flax egg, mashed banana and chickpeas into a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Add in almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and blend more until completely blended.

3. Add in the hemp protein powder and hemp seeds, blend until combined. 4. Finally add in fresh blueberries and dark chocolate and pulse until just combined. 5. Pour into greased pan and cook at 180 for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before getting out of pan!
