CHOC MINT BLISS BALLS 🍫🌱

#mintyfresh #blissballsrecipe What a fine Sunday to whip up some bliss balls...yummy!!


Ingredients:

~ 3/4 cups of a mixture of seeds and nuts ( I used almonds, walnuts, hemp seeds and chia seeds) ~ 1/4 cup of tahini ~ 1/2 cup of @macro_wholefoods cashew spread ~ 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup ~ 3/4 cup of desiccated coconut

~ 1/4 cup of cacao powder ~ 1/4 tsp of pure vanilla extract ~ 1 tsp of peppermint extract

~ a few chopped mint leaves (optional)


Method:

1. Place the nuts and seeds in the food processor and pulse until just crumbly. 2. Add the remaining ingredient and blitz until fully combined. If the mixture is too thick add some @goodbetterbruce unsweetened almond milk. 3. Leave in fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour. Then scoop a tsp of the mixture and roll into a ball.
