CHOC PROTEIN PANCAKES!

I had these CHOC PROTEIN PANCAKES the other weekend for a Saturday breaky and they were the best!!! Just had to share them with you



Ingredients:

~ 2/3 cup of cottage cheese ~ 2/3 cup of rolled oats, ground to a oat flour ~ 2/3 cup of egg whites ~ 2 tablespoons of cacao powder


Method:


1. Heat up the pan on a medium heat. Place all ingredients into a Nutri bullet or blender and blend until combined. 2. Pour the mixture into the pan (about 1/4 cup for each pancake) and cook until bubbles are showing. 3. Flip the pancakes and cook through. Serve with berries, nut butter and maple syrup!!
