Cinnamon Maple Granola! šŸšŸ˜

This granola is one of the first recipes that I have made by my self without any ā€œbase recipeā€ or tips from other recipesšŸ˜† I hope you like it!


Dry Ingredients:

~ 1/4 cup of pepitas ~ 1/2 cup of almonds ~ 1 cup of rolled oats ~ 1/8 cup of cacao nibs ~ 1/4 cup of raw buckwheat ~ 2 tsp cinnamon


Wet Ingredients:

~ 1/4 cup of almond butter ~ 1/8 cup of maple syrup


Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, Stir together all the dry ingredients until combined. 3. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined. 4. Pour onto a lined baking tray and push down to create a flat surface. 5. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes, then take out of the oven and stir. 6. Place back into the oven for another 10 minutes. 7.
