Coco Macadamia Granola!

This naturally sweetened granola is amazing! The crunch is the best as well as the burst of an earthy coco nutty cranberry flavour! The granola is pictured inside my favourite eco earth homewares coconut bowls!!!



Dry Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of rolled oats

~ 1/2 cup of macadamias, crushed

~ 1/4 cup of dried cranberries

~ 1/4 cup of shredded coconut

~ 1/4 cup of raw buckwheat


Wet Ingredients:

~ 3 Tablespoons of coconut oil

~ 1/4 cup of rice malt syrup


Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with Baking paper.


2. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add in the wet ingredients.


3. Place onto the lined baking tray and flatten.


4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Once done take out of the oven, stir, then put back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes.


5. Once finished take out of the oven and cool for 10 minutes then break into clusters and store in a container.
