This granola won’t let you down whether it’s snack time with some coconut yoghurt or to top your fav smoothie bowl!

Dry Ingredients:
~ 1 cup of rolled oats
~ 1/3 cup of raw buckwheat
~ 1/3 cup of cacao nibs
~ 1/2 cup of almonds
~ 3 Tblsp cacao powder
~ 1/4 cup of sultanas
Wet Ingredients:
~ 3 Tblsp of coconut oil
~ 3 Tblsp of@mayversfood peanut cacao spread
~ 1/3 cup of@pureharvest rice malt syrup
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with Baking paper.
2. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add in the wet ingredients.
3. Place onto the lined baking tray and flatten.
4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Once done take out of the oven, stir, then put back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
5. Once finished take out of the oven and cool for 10 minutes then break into clusters and store in a container.
