Curry Turmeric Hummus

This Curry turmeric hummus is perfect as a dip or spread! It is packed with flavour and tastes amazingšŸ˜† The story is I was going to make normal hummus but I thought thatā€™s kinda boring cause I always have normal hummus šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø so I raided the spice draw šŸ˜‚ and found some @keens_aus curry powder and I was like OMG what if I made curry hummus and anyways thanks for reading my story I greatly appreciate it!

Ingredients:

~ 1 and a 1/2 cups of canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained

~ 1 Tablespoon of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

~ 100ml of water

~ 100g Hulled Tahini

~ 1 heaped tsp of @keens_aus curry powder

~ 1 tsp of ground turmeric

~ salt n pepper


Method:

1ļø. Add all ingredients into a food processor.

2ļø. Blitz until fully combined. Blitz as much as you want until you get a desired consistency.

Store in the fridge, and you can freeze it as well!
