Flaxseed Crackers!

#crunchy #crackers💥 Perfect for an afternoon snack with some homemade hummus (in highlights on instagram ~ snacks)


Ingredients:


~ 1/2 cup of flaxseed meal ~ 1/2 cup of almond meal ~ 1/2 cup of water ~ 1/2 tsp of salt ~ 2-3 tsp of dried mixed herbs


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Add in water and mash slowly to create a ’dough’.


3. Line baking tray with baking paper. Scoop dough onto the lines baking tray and press down firmly until it becomes flat surface, about 15mm thick. You can leave it or cut it into pieces for straight cut crackers. 4. Place in the oven for 32 minutes. Once done take out of oven and wait till cool, then break into pieces. 5. Enjoy!!
