My Homemade Nutty Granola!!!

This nutty granola has that satisfying crunch you need to when you are craving a filling snack or need a granola to top off your smoothie bowl :)


Ingredients:

~ 1 cup of Rolled oats

~ 1 cup of Raw almonds

~ 1 cup of Raw walnuts

~ 1/3 cup of raw buckwheat

~ 1/2 cup of dried sultanas

~ 1/4 cup of cacao nibs

~ 1/3 cup of rice malt syrup

~ 1/4 cup of almond butter


Method:


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.


2. Combine the oats, almonds, walnuts, buckwheat, sultanas and cacao nibs in abowl and mix with a spatula.


3. Add in the rice syrup and almond butter. Mix until fully combined.


4. Put in the oven for 10 mins. Take out and stir the granola around, place back into the oven for another 8-10 mins.


5. Once done leave to cool for 5 minutes then create clusters by breaking the granola into pieces.


Enjoy!! Store in a container.
