Pb and J Chia Pudding!

The best flavour in town is now a chia pudding! Who else could think of a better combination! Some people don't like the texture of chia pudding but I love it...


Ingredients:

~ 3/4 cup of chia seeds

~ 1 cup of nutty bruce unsweetened almond milk

~ 3 Tablespoons of Natural Peanut butter (2 to mix through and 1 to dollop on top)

~ 2 tablespoons of natural fruit sweetened strawberry jam (1 to mix through and 1 to dollop on top)

~ 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Mix it all up in a jar and store in the fridge for 2 hours before eating! It's that simple and yummy!
